Once we receive it, our team checks the schedule against your preferred days and time, then calls you to lock in an exact date and time that works for both of you. If anything you asked for isn't available, we'll offer the closest alternative on the call.
We aim to call back within one business day of receiving your request. If you select "Tooth pain / emergency" and it's during our open hours, we do our best to reach you the same day. For anything that feels urgent right now — significant pain, swelling, or an injury — please call us directly at (416) 945-1000 instead of waiting on a form.
Yes. We're open 7 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays, with the same 9:00 am to 5:00 pm hours every day, so weekend visits are just as easy to book as weekday ones. Just select the days and time of day that work best for you in the form, and our front desk will try to match an opening to your schedule.
Yes, we're welcoming new patients of all ages. Whether it's your first visit to any dentist, you're moving from another practice, or it's simply been a while since your last checkup, our team will walk you through what to expect and get your records started. There's a spot on the form to let us know you're new so we can plan enough time for a thorough first visit.
Bring your insurance details or CDCP information along, and our front desk will help you understand what's covered before your visit. Let us know your coverage situation on the form — including if you're not sure — and we'll walk you through the next steps by phone. If you don't have coverage, we'll still work with you to plan a visit that fits your needs.
