Dental care in your language

Our team speaks nine languages in total: English, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Gujarati, Spanish, Pashto, Tagalog, and Dari. Between our dentists and front-desk staff, we can usually arrange for care to be discussed in whichever of these you are most comfortable with. Each language has its own page explaining how a visit works, and you can reach all eight from the grid above.

Mention it when you book. Our online appointment form has a message field where you can note your preferred language, and if you would rather call, tell the front desk. We record that preference with your booking and schedule a team member who speaks your language, so support is arranged in advance rather than sorted out at the front desk on the day of your visit.

Our written intake and consent forms are currently in English, and we would rather be honest about that than imply otherwise. To bridge it, a team member goes through the forms with you in your language, explaining each question and helping you complete it. In practice this means the paperwork rarely becomes a barrier, because you always have someone reading and explaining it alongside you.

Tell us anyway when you book. While these nine are the languages our team speaks day to day, we will always do our best to help, whether by arranging support or working with an interpreter you bring along. It also helps to have a family member or friend present for the conversation. The goal is that no one leaves unsure about their own care because of a language gap.

Yes, and many families prefer it that way. Because we are open seven days a week, it is often possible to book several family members together, from children through to grandparents, and arrange for a team member who speaks your shared language to be involved. Keeping everyone's care in one familiar language makes the visit simpler to manage and helps each person understand their own part of the plan.

No. Arranging care in one of the languages our team speaks is simply part of how we work, not an add-on. You request your preferred language when you book, and we organise the visit around it at no additional cost. Being understood in your own language is something we consider basic to good dentistry, so it is never treated as a special service to be charged for.
