Then we walk you through the realistic options, including doing nothing for now if that's reasonable, and let you decide with the facts in front of you. There's never pressure to say yes on the spot.

Yes. Plenty of people come in just to talk through a concern before committing to anything — implants, Invisalign, a smile makeover, or a second opinion on treatment they've been quoted elsewhere. A consultation is a conversation: we examine the area, explain what we see in plain language, and give you a clear written plan and estimate to take home. You're free to think it over and come back whenever you're ready.

We welcome new patients of every age, from toddlers on their first visit to grandparents, and our team speaks nine languages, including Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, and Spanish, at the front desk and in the chair. Your first visit covers a thorough exam and a chance to get to know the team. If you're nervous about dental care or haven't been in a while, tell us — we see that often and we'll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

We do our best to see dental emergencies the same day, and being open 7 days a week — including Saturdays and Sundays — means you're less likely to be stuck waiting through a weekend in pain. Call us as early as you can and describe what's happening. Whether it's a broken tooth, swelling, a lost filling or a bad toothache, we'll get you in quickly, relieve the pain, and plan any follow-up care from there.

Most treatment we handle in-house, but some complex cases — certain surgical extractions, advanced gum surgery or intricate implant work — are best done with a trusted specialist. When that's the case we coordinate the referral for you, share your images and notes, and stay involved in your care from start to finish. You won't be left to navigate it alone, and you're always welcome back to us for follow-up and routine care.

Your first visit is unhurried. We review your health history, examine your teeth and gums, take any necessary images, and check for issues you may not feel yet, including a quick oral cancer screening. Then we talk: what looks healthy, what needs attention, and what your options are. If cleaning is due, we often do it the same day. You leave with a clear picture of where things stand and a plan that fits your priorities.
